In a historic unprecedented case (for a sitting head of state), the Paris Court of Appeal, earlier this month, upheld the Syrian president arrest warrant over the use of chemical weapons in Syria.  However, the French Public Prosecutor has appealed this decision to the Cassation Court. This move is widely deemed to be morally and legally wrong and disrespectful of victims' rights and the law and justice principles. The Ultimate Initiatives to Settle the Syria Crisis

In light of 13 years of failed and sometimes vicious (really vicious) international policies in Syria, I would love to join the international trend and launch my own initiative to settle the Syria crisis.  It is worthy of mention that my initiative is the only reliable, feasible and attainable initiative in the international market as far as my knowledge of the related international discussions and realities. Moreover, this initiative is the only one that is really rewarding to the world for the international inputs through this 13 years of our Syrian plague.
